Epoxy Resin Cheesboard
Enrol in this hands-on resin class and make an attractive ocean resin cheese board for weekend entertaining or to give as a gift to family and friends. You'll be the "host with the most" when you serve cheese or antipasto on this personalised serving board. It will make a valuable addition to your weekend entertaining and is a great conversation starter. Your guests will be impressed when you tell them you made it yourself! Before starting on your cheeseboard you'll also get to make a mini board to practice the resin art techniques you learn in the workshop

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you'll be working with a slow curing epoxy resin. We'll cover:
Safety and preparation tips
How to measure, mix, colour and pour resin
How to create resin art techniques such as marbling through the resin as well as how to create lace effects
How to finish the pieces professionally; and
How to look after your new serving ware.

You'll make a cheese board (feel free to bring your own shape you want to display in your house). You'll also make a mini cheese board. Your serving ware set will take 24 hours to cure and will be ready for collection the next day

You'll learn how to marble the resin and also how to create the lace effect. You'll be using a slow curing epoxy, giving you time to achieve the effects in the resin. Classes are limited in size and are structured so you'll receive individual attention. You will leave the workshop confident that you can produce additional pieces at home.

Wear old clothes that you wouldn't mind getting resin on.
Glasses, if needed for close up work.
Long hair tied back.
Everything else is provided including board.

Additonial Information
We use only use non-toxic epoxy (when used as directed) that is not bad for your health like other resins. No VOCs. No fumes. No solvents. Non-flammable. Non-hazardous. Conforms to ASTM D4236 (Safe for Home Use when used in a well ventilated area).
The workshop lasts for about 1.5hr
- All materials are provided!
- If you choose to bring your own board, then board is not included.

5 years old
This class is not suitable for children under 5 years old or pregnant women.

**CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY**
In most cases, your purchase is 100% refundable provided you cancel your reservation at least 72 hr prior to the class time.
Please remember that once you are within 72 hr of your class you can’t cancel it for any reason other than a verifiable medical emergency. You can reschedule up to two times or use your ticket cost as store credit for anything available at the gallery.
In the event an Art Studio cancels your class, prior to its start, due to any reason (weather, mechanical,etc.) your purchase will be 100% refundable.
